Hi,

is there a chance to have language packs for OO3 available via slapt-get? I tried to use a (hungarian) language pack from Zenwalk 6, and while the installation runs fine and GSlapt shows it as installed, I can not select/see the hungarian language from the OO3 UI.

I'll have to do some research on the matter before I say yes. Give me some days to look into the matter.

obermotz, i just helped someone in the IRC channel with this..

openoffice, as of version 3, stopped shipping language packs as installs.. now they are platform independent  extensions which you can easily add to you OO3. extension pages are  here

this is the one for oyu... (hungarian right?) http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/hu_dicts

@brotherinbluejeans:

Hi,

I already installed this dictionary pack. The language pack I mentioned is for translating the whole UI - eg. using the language pack all the menus, dialogs etc. are displayed in Hungarian.

Hi,

unfortunately that link is dead Sad I tried to find the file using Google, but all I got was some MD5 files referencing to the hungarian language pack.
