I have used Ubuntu for a couple of years and played with wolvix hunter sometime ago on secondary pcs, however considered it a little difficult as my main distro because of the lack of information for beginners.

I have now loaded Wolvix 2.0 beta to my hdd, and like it so much that it is my prime OS.
I also have Ubuntu 9.4 as a backup and windows in the same box for some application and games.

Just thought this link may come in handy for learners to configure the user permissions, so you can load plugin usb drives and switch off the system as non root user etc. It was easy once I spent hours finding this info.

This distro runs like a greyhound and works rock solid on my hardware-AMD6000+ geoforce GT9600GT video card-4GB ram.

I would like to suggest an option to load grub to a separate partition in the HDD installation.

Thank you for your excellent work wolvix.  Smiley
